I'm feeling hungry now Ughh haha but that's not the point.
Okay so basically I went for a two week job as a Singtel promoter, stationed at the SMRT service centre at woodlands (:
My last day for this two week job was just two days ago haha.
I wouldn't say it's a really fun job cause I mean at times it can get really really demoralizing when you're rushing to meet targets (each day we had a target of 15 customers to get a $10 commission) so if we couldn't get to meet this target by the end of the day we would be panicking & trying to get customers just to meet our quota etc.
Well.. At least that was how it was for the first week. Heh.
I managed to get more customers & meet the target of 15 customers for the first week, I think also cause there were more people coming in who didn't know about what we were promoting so they were more keen? & also cause I really wanted the commission to get more money HEHE so I worked really hard to meet my quota.
But then the second week got more slack cause I started getting more rejections from customers cause most of them have already heard about this & weren't interested so they would flatly & I mean FLATLY turn us down, or just completely dao us & walk away.
I absolutely abhor those who ask a lot a lot of questions about this & that & all & I take time to reply them in detail & at the end of the day when I ask them if they were interested in signing up, they would simply give the reply of "Let me think about it" or "I'll come back to u later" which most often never happens.
Then there are those customers who are particularly.. Cheeko HAHA. I don't wanna go in detail but basically I've really met all different types of uncles I'm so well versed in Uncles right now HAHAHA.
I love my colleagues. Haha most of them I guess! They're all really awesome people & I was especially touched when there was a day when I was left with just two more customers but time was really running out & I was peeved at this uncle who took up close to half an hour of my time asking a lot ALOT of questions I almost lost my cool, & they immediately went to help me find the two customers I needed to meet my quota for that day.
I love the part where we all help each other to meet our quota to get our commission.
& my colleagues are also really really funny people & they make me laugh out loud more often than usual HAHAHA.
I love just chit chatting with them about anything & just slacking (whoops) & playing games, learning handball (HAHA), gossiping, talking & laughing.
I also love my bosses. Haha okay maybe not all of them but yet again, the majority I'm comfortable with.
I got to be my noisy, laugh a lot & very loudly, talk a lot non stop, self when I was at work. That's why I really enjoyed my job thoroughly though it was also tiring & kinda stressful at times.
It was my very first job that I took up & I'm so so thankful to God for blessing my choice to go ahead with this two week assignment instead of the long term one.
I have to be honest that I initially had my doubts whether I would like this job but Thank You Lord for helping to make my choice the right one.

So... Today.. I decided to.. DYE. MY. HAIR.

I was super duper nervous at first cause I was worried it wouldn't turn out as nice or somehow the colour won't suit me or the colour won't be obvious etc etc like so many insecurities.
But my aunt was going to dye her hair so I just had the urge to go dye as well so.. I did.
BYE EXTREMELY BLACK HAIR!!!

Okay it's not obvious at all here right.. But hope u guys can see it's a bit different? Like u can see on the right a tinge of reddish instead of just plain black??

The hairdresser said with more washes in about two weeks the colour would become slightly more obvious so just nice!! I'll be totally ready for CNY HEHE!! :D :D AWESHUMMM.
I'm already getting more & more ambitious & I'm thinking of what colours I should dye the next time!!
I wanna try brown in future & maybe also get blue or purple highlights, or dye my hair dark violet. Or I wanna dye my hair brown with maybe light brown/blonde highlights HAHA I'm going mad.
But I think I kinda like my new hair colour hehe.
Oh who am I kidding.
